I don't know of any duck breeds at all that are feathered footed..I do know that even in some of the clean legged chickens that from time to time they have STUBS or feathering or feather shafts that come on their legs... I'm not at home to get my Standard out... to give you the exact cause of this....I'll try and call home and see if I can get ole' guss to look it up for us...
Is it real heaving feathering on the legs??? what breed of duck is it...You have really spiked my interest and would love to hear more about it and see a photo if you have one to share..I'll be sure to get that information and check back in the morning...
