Hi all,

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to keep geese and ducks dry and clean throughout their winter lock up?  I am in Northeast PA, and we already have snow so my 4 embdens and 2 ducks are tucked in the barn till spring.  I had them on hay but it isn't cutting it, they have a swamp made already and I'm concerned as they need to stay in till spring, which might be April.  I tried wood shavings when they were babies but they tried to eat them, should I give it another try now that they are grown? Thanks for any thoughts or ideas.
Have a great day,
Melissa

That is a tough one.  I really do not have an answer for that.  I am going to post this question on the general board also, so members can see it if they are just checking in quickly.
