I can not say I am looking forward to the next one,I do not feel past it, in fact quite the reverse. I remember the bombers overhead and being pushed down an air raid shelter, as sand was tipped on incendries, when Rock and Roll was new ,and 20 shilings made a £1. Still I will let my hair down,

I like to enjoy life to the fullest, being with family & friends. I like reading, puzzles also enjoy learning to use my new lap top.

Yes 62 this year2004 I reckin after fifty you only get 7mths instead of 12 in a year cause these birthdays come round too quick to be 12months apart!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I was a beautiful hot day the day I was born so my mother told me.

And the sun is still shining on me. LOL.

I was also born on Mothers Day, way back in 1944......

Was a surprise weekend leave !!!!!!!

Well I will be the big 60 this year and really feeling it now

Am well and truely going to be over the poverbial hill this year but have plenty of g/kids to keep me on my toes

I was born nearing the end of the war.I am youngest of five children.My sister is 18 years older than me My Three brothers one14years older.One 10 years and my youngest brother 8 years older than me.So i was spoilt being the youngest.My mom says being in labour 14 hours on an hot summers day was no fun.Then being born at 101/2 ibs my mom was small was no fun either.Josiemarie

Becoming an old aged pensioner means I will get my bus pass, and that will be of great help . I dont mind getting to sixty, because I have felt physically older than that for most of my life, but I am very young at heart and that's the main thing. Life is an uphill struggle. Dorothy Diane
