Chorizo is blood sausage and if that's not available in the UK (Should be in neighborhood "ethnic" marts) you can fake it with regular or Italian sausage you've heated up with Habanero or Jalapeno hot sauces.  Cook it well to avoid trichnosis.  I recommend you  use a cast iron skillet but the modern no stick pans will work quite well.  Beat 3 or 4 eggs per half pound of sausage and scramble them right in there with the sausage after you've poured off about half the grease.  You can soft or hard scramble and when that's ready, spoon the mix into flour tortillas and wrap burrito style.  Makes a great southwestern breakfast and of course you can add onions, grated cheese and sliced Jalapeno to taste.  Tortillas usually come l2 to a pack so double the above if you're having a party or want some for the next day.
