March 2004 - reported problems with MSN Groups:

groups are disappearing for hours to a day or more at a time while MSN is working on servers - they have all come back eventually
graphics in photo albums and on pages all turning into red x's - same as above - don't edit pages or try to reupload graphics - they will come back
custom pages all redirecting to the What's New page - same as above - it will stop when MSN is finished
continuing problems entering the chat room - try the http://groups.msn.com/YourGroupName/chat or the http://groups.msn.com/YourGroupName/chat.msnw format - one or the other usually work - otherwise wait it out until MSN is finished
occasional problems with items in Documents folders - items won't open or graphics won't load, or you can't get in at all - same as above - wait it out
