Grate and juice 6 lemons. In large bowl add sugar, acids, salts and rind(of lemon). Pour over boiling water. When cool, add juice from lemons, and pour into bottles.
To serve: use approx. 2-3 tablespoons per glass of water.
note: I have to go to a pharmacy to get the tartaric acid and citric acid for this recipe. It is a true hit amongst my family, and an old family recipe. Hope you get as much enjoyment out of this, as I have.
