Cheesy Garlic Monkey Bread

Ingredients

1 can Pillbury dough (dinner rolls, but breadsticks or maybe even biscuits would work)
4 tablespoons butter
5 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 egg
shredded cheese (parmesan and mozzerella)

Procedure

In a sauce pan, melt the butter. Mince the onion and garlic and saute in the butter for a few minutes. Let cool. Beat in egg.

Tear the dough into bite-sized pieces. Dip each piece in the butter mixture, then place in a greased cake pan or casserole dish. Drizzle any leftover butter mixture over the top.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle the cheese over the top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
