I don't know about you all, but I hate trying to put tin-foil around a pie to keep the crust from burning.
 
I cut the flat bottom off from a disposable pie tin (like what a store bought pie comes in) and place the ring upside down around my home made pie. No fussing with foil and my crusts stay a beutiful golden brown. I throw it in the dishwasher to clean, and use it over and over.
