Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

3-5 ripe bananas
3 sticks butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs, crushed
2 eggs
2c. powdered sugar
1 reg size can pineapple, crushed, and drained
1 sm pkg pecans, chopped
1lg Cool Whip

Procedure

Melt and mix together 1 stick butter and graham crackers.  This makes the crust. Pat and press to bottom and sides of a loaf pan.  Mix together 2 sticks melted butter, 2 eggs and powdered sugar.  Put sliced bananas on graham crackers then add pineapple (drain it beforehand).  Pour butter, eggs and powdered sugar mixture on top.  Put on Cool Whip.  Put the nuts on top of the cool whip.  You can garnish with Cherries.  Refrigerate until set.

I like to add sliced strawberries on top of the pineapple for a variation.
