When in and emergency medics will often look through people cell phone address books and logs to find clues on who to call when the person can't tell them due to injury or illness.
Take a few min. and program ICE (in case of emergency) in to your phone with the person you wish to be contacted the medics know what this means and will be on th look out for it. it could save booth you, the medics, and your loved ones a lot of time and hasle. I do know this personaly I was a firefighter/EMT for 10 years and I loved it when folks were prepared. so take a few moments an program your phone
