Rubber Gloves
Those gloves we wear for the kitchen,
they have a tendency to wear
out at the fingers.
In order to keep your
fingernails from poking through,
stuff cotton balls in the
fingertips when wearing them
to avoid those holes!

Reuse Plastic Bottles
Don't throw out bottles when they are empty! For example, a plastic pancake syrup bottle will make a great cooking oil dispenser!  Save ketchup or salad dressing bottles to put to another use too.

Washing Machine Oversudsing
Sometimes you just put too much detergent into the machine. Oh boy, those suds just bubble up and all over everything.
Toss some salt right onto the suds and they will disappear
- like magic!

Ending Static cling
During the winter months, you can beat the static cling of your clothing simply by rubbing the legs of tights or the skirt of your slip with a used fabric-softener sheet.

Prevent Pasta Water From Boiling Over
To stop water from bubbling over when you cook pasta, dip a piece of paper towel into either oil or margarine and wipe
it around the top of the pot. The water will not boil over
and you won't have a messy cleanup.
