Looking Good - Do your shoes fit properly...?/FONT>
TIP 1: Always use "test socks"
Slip on a pair that are the same thickness as the ones you
plan to wear with your shoes or layer on multiple pairs of
nylon "try on" footies.
TIP 2: Walk on a hard surface
Walking on carpet can make shoes feel more comfortable than
they are, so test footwear in an area of the store that has
tile or wood floors.
TIP 3: Take the toe test
There should be a small space between where your toe stops
and the end of the shoe.
TIP 4: Watch out for heel slips
For each pair you try on, walk around the store for at least
10 seconds and sit down once. If your heel slips out at any
point, the shoes don't fit properly.
