I was reviewing different diet plans on line and I came across this program by James Zeta.  Unfortunately he has marketed it so there is no access until you buy it.  Has anyone ever tried or heard of this plan?  I'm a firm believer in if something sounds too good to be true it usually is.  Apparently the diet offers a specific combination of chicken, vegetables, fruits and beef.  It's supposed to work on chemical breakdown.  While on the site I also saw a lot of testimonials which may or may not be real.  If anyone can offer any feed back on this dieting approach to losing 18 pounds in 4 days I'd be open to hearing about it.
