I am here to meet new friends, add help if needed, and offer wisdom too. I have been a Witch for 48 yrs. born into the Craft. I was taught in a hollow in the mountains of Eastern KY., by the women folk in my family. The old ways I was taught. I am also Cherokee, an Empath, and hear those who have crossed over. I usually reunite families in chat. i have been married 38 yrs. had 3 children, lost our oldest daughter at 34 2 yrs. ago. I am trying to live, laugh, make friends, and finish 1 tthing I start. I love walking through cementries on a full moon night after my ritual, the sun on my face, playing in the rain, nature and all she has to offer, hiking, swimming, reading, but hate being alone. I guess that's all maybe lol maybe? Merry Part Askwitch. |

Good Morning sister. I too am Cherokee. I wasn't born into the craft - but I have been an energy worker for years. Drumming for healing and using crystals and herbs, candles... I never put a name to it until recently. I just did what I knew to do. I guess I've used Natural magic since I was a girl. I look forward to talking with you. Right now, I work 12 hr days (counting commute), I have a 22 yr old back at home and she commands much of the computer time for college classes. My 11 yr old also needs his share of time online so I don't get here as much as I'd like the last few months. Please know I'm reading even if not responding a lot. I just wanted to say Merry Meet to you, too. dohi, ~Amber |

Merry Meet AskWitch, It seems we have a lot in common :-) I used to go to old cemeteries in Colorado and then my brother and I used to walk through cemeteries when we would get together. There is a peace there and such history! We used to look at the different ways they spoke of their deceased. It told so much about them. I also read (a lot lol)... I used to love to hike but there's nowhere to do that here. I used to swim like a fish! Then lost my swimming holes lol... There are a lot of us that love playing in the rain :-). I don't mind being alone though... I guess it comes from so many moves and so many times of having to be inside. I just love people, but don't get a chance to be among them as often as I used to. Anyway, hon, I can't wait to hear more. Hugs Rowan |
