Attach CC at last join with ch 3; work 4 (5) rnds even in dc, turning work after each rnd. Fasten off.

FINISHING

Follow directions on Lion Brand Pompom Maker or

Wrap CC around a 1½ inches piece of cardboard 25 times. Slip yarn from cardboard and tie tightly in middle (do not cut ends) to form a loopy pompom. Attach to top center of Hat. Weave in ends.
