Paper Daisies
Supplies needed:
- Pattern below for the flower
- heavyweight textured cardstock in white
- yellow cardstock
- thin wooden stick or skewer
- green acrylic paint
- natural raffia in green
- craft glue
- hot glue gun
Instructions:
1. Print out and trace the flower pattern twice on the white cardstock.
2. Cut the flowers out.
3. Cut 1 circle out of the yellow cardstock to fit the center of the flower.
4. Bend the petals of one of the flowers inward.
5. Glue the circle in the center of that flower.
6. Glue the flower with the bent petals onto the flat flower. Turn the top flower so that all of the petals can be seen.
7. Paint the stick green and let it dry. It dries within a matter of minutes.
8. Hot glue the dried stick to the back of the flower.
9. Take 1 piece of raffia and cut it in half. Then knot the raffia onto stick just underneath the flower.
