In 1903, Simla town which was the summer capital of British India saw the inauguration of a railway which connected it with rest of India. The steam engine was built in Britain in 1903, transported to India and pulled two coaches on a narrow guage track two n half feet wide for some60 years. It was then de comissioned and left to rust near the railway workshop. It was salvaged and extensively overhauled and then recommissioned. The 'HILL PUFFER' was recently charted to Japanese tourists for a 20,000 dollars 26 muiles ride. Theres money in scrap after all. So look for a loco in your local junk yard and who knows you might hit pay dirt.

Recently we came upon an abandoned caboose, managed to track down the owner and now are on the hard slog to restore it for old and kids to enjoy it.

Since I did not have the necessary security clearances to handle their equipments they had no choice but to confer the nationality.
