KWANZA IS A DAY WE SET ASIDE TO CELEBRATE OUR GOOD HARVEST.  WE USED TO CALL IT THANKSGIVING.  NEXT YEAR I AM SURE IT WILL BE A NATIONAL HOLIDAY.

Snow, check out Ann's definition of what the hell Kwanzaa is.

President Bush's 2005 Kwanzaa message began with the patently absurd statement: "African-Americans and people around the world reflect on African heritage during Kwanzaa."

I believe more African-Americans spent this season reflecting on the birth of Christ than some phony non-Christian holiday invented a few decades ago by an FBI stooge. Kwanzaa is a holiday for white liberals, not blacks.

Yes Cad I checked out Ann Coulters article.  For some reason I hads thought it was a Catholic priest that was defrocked that started it.  Bogus celebration.

Hey Snow, nice to see your post

I have to admire Ann, I don't always agree with her and she sometimes manages to offend everyone in the room but I'd rather talk to a firecracker than a punk anyday.
Don't worry that you were misled about Kwanzaaaa, that's the way the ultra left wants it.
You think public schools are telling kids about Karenga?
No way, they get some PC crapola about an African "Harvest Festival."
Oh well, its Festivus for the rest of us!
Christmas vaca. is a great time, hope we get more snow, had a blast sleddin'.

Lord Kwanzaa Dirty Night Before Chanukah (1)

Posted to Unknown by Frank J. Hermann on unknown.

'Twas the night before Chanukah, boychicks and maidels
Not a sound could be heard, not even the dreidels
The Menorah was set on the chimney, alight
In the kitchen, hot Bubba gechapt a bite

Salami, pastrami a glezele tay
And zoyereh pickles with bagels, oy vay!
Gezunt and geschmack, the kinderlach felt
While dreaming of taiglach and Chanukah gelt

The clock on the mantelpiece away was tickin'
And Bubba was having a shtickele chicken
A tumult arose like thousands of broches --
Da drech stinky Lord Kwanzaa had fallen and broken his toches.

I shot on my slippers- eins, tsvei, drei
While Bubba was now on the herring and rye
I grabbed for my bathrobe and buttoned my gotkes
While Bubba was busy devouring the latkes.

To the window I ran, and to my surprise
Ugly fat stinky Kwanzaa greeted my eyes.
Then he got to the door and saw the Menorah,
"Oy, Yiddishe kinder" he said, "Kain ein horeh,

I THINK THAT WILL DO
