Do Societies change through evolution, or can they be forced to change? If so, do they then return to their predictable paths?

EG Communist Russia

Revolutionary France

Nazi Germany

Communist Spain

Coimmunist Chile

Yes they do.

Because they are such awful neighbours, they are forced to return militarily. Russia throiugh military /economics.
