Put all ingredients (except noodles) in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
Remove chicken and bay leaf. Shred chicken. Add noodles and shredded chicken to broth. Cook on HIGH for 30 minutes or until noodles are done.
Note: I have used many substitutes in this recipe depending on what I have on hand. For the longest time I didn't have Accent and used seasoning salt instead. I've also used less chicken and more vegetables. Sometimes I add some chicken granules if I use less chicken. This would be really great with homemade noodles! Anyone got a recipe?
