I don't do "plans" well. Besides, from my eating disorder clinic I was supposed to promise never to go on a "diet" again. I just try to eat better, try to do high proteins and am starting to walk and go to CURVES and all. I have lost 7 pounds in the last 3 or 4 weeks, so something is working! Tova |

A diabetic diet...low carbs & sugars...lots of water. I hate water so I drink lots of gosh what is that stuff called?? The powdery drink made with artificial sugars. I've done WW, Atkins and a few others before with no success. I am hoping sticking to the diet I am on now will work after baby comes. Was told by my diabetic counselor to just cut out the snacks and the weight will come off. Caren |
