I have 7 weeks to go before I can start losing but I want to lose 70 lbs. 2 pregnancies worth of weight to lose. Starting at ....well 227 now and that is bound to go up in the next 7 weeks. My goals are to walk 1/2 hr in the AM and 1/2 in the PM at least 4 days a week - maybe 5 if I can push it. I am on a diabetic diet now for gestational diabetes so I am eating healty - after baby comes I would like to continue this trend after a week or so of cheating lol. As soon as I give birth I want a pizza and a beer! After that back to the diabetic diet!!!! Caren |

My goal is to lose 50 lbs. I am on a low glycemic diet. It is healthy and it helps to maintain my sugar levels. I avoid simple carbs and sugars. I eat high fibre and complex carbs and protein. |

I'm not setting any specific goals of weights or sizes or times frames. My goal is just to live a healthier lifestyle, exercise regualry and eat better and increase my cardiovascular health as well as other health to ensure the best odds for staying around for the 2 most important things in my life, Amber and Lisa. I don't want anyone else raising them, so I had better start taking better care of myself which will also show them a good example. Just want to continue to take off the weight until I am comfortable in my own skin, again. I have been having a really hard time with all of this, and this is my last "valiant effort." If I keep busting my hump with little result, I am looking into getting a lap-band. No crazy re-routing for me, just a band. Tova |

um ny goal right now is to lose 10 more pbs. and i will be lower than my pre-pg weight.. i am doing well and that 10 pbs. may not be hard to lose... lisa |
