That would help you in your goals?

For example, I have to swear off burgers  .  I'm so addicted, its not even funny.

What about personal promises to give yourself 1/2 hour alone with a Pilates video....

Daily walks with your child....

My biggest change would be to give up Big Mac's;....I am addicted to that special sauce and eat it at least once a week.  DH hates all fast food so I eat for lunch when he's not around.  Also love their fries!!!!!!!!!

Maybe I can do once a month?  How bad would that be?  They say you have to give in and treat yourself every once in awhile.

Oh and I do want to get more walking in.  I tried today but after 15 minutes I couldn';t take it anymore with this preggo body.  Maybe I can do 15 in the AM and 15 inthe PM.  Then after hannah comes I can go back to my 30 minutes 2 x a day.  Of course that will all end once summer hits and it's in teh 100's outside.  Then I will have to go 10:00 at night.
