They are made by Trophy. They have 7.5 g of protein for every six peices and 5 g. of fat.  I havent tried them yet.  They say they are good for crumbling on salad, crumbling into omelets, sauces and gravies. (Looking at them, I say that sounds gross to me, but hey)  They also say they are good as they are with a  tangy dip.  They look like a puffed up chip.

Thanks Nik, I am going to try them out tomorrow.  The whole name thing kinda grosses me out...pig skin???  But, if I can overcome that I should be able to eat them

Too late lol.....blechhhh is right.  I told DH about them and he said its really a southern type of food and that if you top it with salsa or something its really not that bad.  Haven't tried the toppings yet but without anything they are NASTY! 
Oh well....it was worth the try
