INGREDIENTS:8 hot dog buns, split2 tablespoons butter or margerine, softened1/2 cup chunky peanut butter1 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 tablespoons honey3 to 4 medium bananas, sliced
Procedure
SPREAD cut sides of hot dog buns with softened butter.BROIL 6 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.STIR together peanut butter, cinnamon, and honey; spread evenly over toasted side of hot dog buns. Top with banana slices. Makes 8 servings.NOTE: To prevent sliced bananas from turning dark, coat with a small amount of pineapple or orange juice.</MULTICOL>
