Obviously not very skilled at using Message Boards, I can type the hell out of an email!
I'm 35 and holding, married to Mike (born 2 days prior to me, the old man!) and we have 2 girls, Amber (turned 6 in December) and Lisa (3 in July).
We have a dog who runs wild outside (Foxy), a cat that pees on my furniture (Kali) and another cat that I nick-named "Scrooge" because he is the grumpiest cat you will ever meet. We also have a few fish and, if memory serves, their names are; Michelle III (Michelle I went belly up and we never did find Michelle II... Hmmmm), Fasty, Tiger, Tiger-Tiger, Horsey, Scorcho, Die-lo, and 2 Goldfish, both named Dorothy after Elmo's pet goldfish on Sesame Street (hey, we did have three before one died, also named Dorothy!).
Luckily, I was talked out of the skunk that I was convinced that I needed last year and I am hoping that some, or preferably all, of our pets will move out and find good paying jobs in the next few months.
I am a stay at home mom who suffers from bouts of depression (hmmm, curious, isn't it?) and "child-like ism" (gee, did I just make up a new word?). We live in South Florida (HOT! FIRE HOT!) in a small home (2/2) which is all ours ...in about 30 years. My husband (married 4 years 12/24) works as a Computer Geek (cannot gaurantee this is the company's official title for him) and is a fantastic father and husband!
My future goals include continuing school to pursue writing. My hobbies include photography, trying to think of new hobbies, trying to remember what it was like to have time for hobbies, and training Omish circus poodles to jump through fiery hoops while naked (me, not the poodles). Oh, and being sarcastic.
Yes, my name (Tova) is different -- it is Swedish, although most people believed me when I told them my mother dropped acid and came up with it out of thin air. It means something about grass growing... Hmmm...
I am the youngest of 5 siblings -- 2 older sisters named Sirka and Kirsten, a deceased brother named Craig. and another brother, Drew, who lives in Denver. Born on Long Island, I moved to Los Angeles before moving here with my family during the 5th grade.
Amber is my first born, the angelic child that could never have prepared me for the hellion that is Lisa. I am sure you will see postings of the unusual ways she chooses to show her "colorful" personality.
I can't imagine that anyone would want any more (or even this much) information, so with that,
