Well this was my lunch today, taken from a WW recipe. Kids hated it. I thought it was good but I will never be a fan of low fat salad dressing. just has an odd taste.
Cobb Spring Sandwich
1 whole wheat tortilla ( burrito size)
1/4 lb asparagus
2 Tbsp low fat blue cheese dressing
1/4 cup baby greens
2 slices of deli turkey
Spread blue cheese on tortilla
Boil asparagus to your liking, or prepare any way you like. Add to tortilla, top with turkey and salad greens.
******* 1/4 lb asparagus seems like a lot, I just used like 4 staks per sandwich and saved leftovers for next time.
