1 1/2 cup Reduced-fat bisquick 1/2 cup splenda 1/2 cup skim milk
2 1/2 peeled & diced apples 1 TBS lemon juice 2/3 cup brown sugar 3/4 tsp cinnanmon
1 Cup boiling water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Conmine Bisquick, splenda, & milk. Spread into 9 x9 pan. Combine apples, lemon juie, brown sugar & cinamon. Spread on top of cake mixture. Pour boiling water over top. Bake 50 - 60 minutes. Caramel sauce forms at the bottom. I let it cool about 5 minutes, loosened sides and flipped upside down like a pineapple upside down cake onto a plate.
