Serves 6 @ 4 pts per cup
6 cup fresh broccoli florets 1/2 medium red onion--chopped 1/2 cup raisins--optional(purple and/or golden) 4 Tbsp Apple Cider vinegar 4 Tbsp Splenda 5 slices Center Cut Bacon(cooked Crisp & chopped) 1/4 cup Kraft 2% Finely Shreded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 3/4 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise
Wisk Mayo, Vinegar, & splenda together in a a small bowl to make the dressing. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing mixture. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
*NOTE: You could add sunflower seeds, peanuts, pecans or grapes. It may adjust points thought.* |
