1/2 c. skim milk 18 reduced fat chips ahoy cookies 2 cups skim milk 8 oz. Cool Whip Free 1 small box of sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding
Pour the 1/2 c. of milk in a shallow bowl. Dip 9 cookies in milk very briefly and line an 8x8 dish with them. Take 1/2 of cool whip and spread over cookies. Mix chocolate pudding & 2 cups of milk together according to package. Layer over the top of the cool whip(found I needed to let the pudding set up a little bit). Dip the next 9 cookies in the milk and layer on top of the pudding. Top off wiht remaining cool whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy! |
