Herbed Turkey Breast

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 8 to 9 hours
Stand Time: 10 minutes

1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
4 1/2 to 5 pound Turkey Breast
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or dried parsley

Hot Mashed potatoes

MIX soup and water in slow cooker.  Rinse turkey with cold water and pat dry.  Rub turkey with poultry seasoning and place in cooker.  Sprinkle with parsley.

COVER and cook on Low 8 to 9 hours ( or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).  Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of meat, without touching bone, to check for doneness.  Cool until thermometer reads 170 degrees.  Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.  Serve with Mashed potatoes.

Serves 8

Tip:  If using frozen turkey breast, thaw before cooking.
