Im a member of an organization that I'm considering leaving.  I feel like they want me to participate in that organization and no other.  (Guilt trips and stuff like that.)  I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but I'm tired of this.  What should I do?

Andrea, you shouldn't be put in a position by another group or organization to participate more than you can. A group should NOT demand or tell you that you have to post so many times. You should make that decision yourself and participate when you can or feel like it. Don't let anyone lay a guilt trip on you,you are a grown woman and you know what you can and can not do. If the organization don't understand that you have more than one place to be at,then they are not too bright and are playing childish games. If you want to get out, just let them know that you have other groups you have to participate in too. I hope this helps you,but only you can make that decision. Good luck and don't let it bother you too much.

Thank you.  I believe I'm going to leave that organization.
