I have a Neighbor who's fence (it is a wooden privacy fence) fell down. 1 6 foot section. This happened on April 3rd. He hasnt fixed it yet.  Also, he has a narrow driveway, and 2 cars. In order to back out, he drives on part of my yard. What should I do? (SERIOUSLY)

Dearest Fed Up.  You can ask your neighbor nicely to stop driving through your yard or you can act crazy and do some kung fu moves every time you see them coming. I think the latter would work best..LOL    Seriously, try putting a barrier in your yard, where they drive. If that doesn't work, put nails in a board and I bet you they won't drive through your yard again. You can also threaten them with court preceedings, and if that doesn't work, then really take them to court or call the police out to investigate the situation. I truly hope this helps and if all else fails, let the air out of their tires every night..heehee
With Great Regards,The Advice Lady.
