hey, I hope you had a great Thansgiving!
Yes, I do hear from Dmac. She just got to combat training last week. We have a long haul yet. It is possible she will get to come home for a week for Christmas. I don't know the exact date that she will be leaving for Afganistan.
Zade is doing good, he is all boy. He says and does the funniest things.
How is your daughter? Are you getting ready for Christmas?

Hey Lisa. I am doing pretty good. My diet is on hold until after the holidays.

Hey!!! Now, you know you have to tell me all about that trip to Hawaii! I want details. Did you get some great pictures?
Zade is growing like a weed. His mom is doing pretty good, she misses him alot. Her return date is  late summer or early fall if they don't push it back.
Yes, we did some "fixin up" on the house. There is more to do , but we had to have a break.
Take care of yourself and do what you have to, in order to be happy. Life is short.  Email me sometime!

Hey, it's great to hear from you, but I'm sorry to hear that you are still sick.
 
Have the doctors mentioned removing your thyroid gland? My brother and sister had theirs removed. My brother had Graves Disease and my sister's thyroid was all out of whack.  They both have to take a pill every day for the rest of their lives, but those symptons are gone.
 
Hope you get some relief soon!
