Just heard some sad news and I'm requesting prayer for my boss and his wife and family. One of his daughters (Amanda) has been living in Naples, FL for about a year now. She's 41, single, and has had TONS of emotional and physical troubles for half her life. Well, last night she spent the night with friends, fell asleep on their couch, and this morning she was dead. They tried to wake her up to go to work but it was too late. My boss called me just now to tell me. They don't know yet WHY she died - knowing her it could have been her physical problems, or she might have slipped off the wagon and was doing drugs again (she has been fighting that addiction for years) - who knows.... Anyway, my boss and his wife already have lots of problems themselves (one of which is raising Amanda's two daughters which they've had for years). Plus worrying about this business and their own health issues (they are both in their 60s). This is really all they need, especially Mary (his wife). This is gonna push her right over the edge, I'm afraid. (She teeters on the edge of a nervous breakdown most of the time anyway.) I'm really worried about her. So if you will, lift this wonderful couple (and their family) up in prayer. Thanks, everyone...
