well ummm 10.....stones or infection? i have lived my life with bladder infections, he told me NO MORE CARBONATED WATER and TEA......well, umm, debbie here wont listen so i drink plenty of cranberry juice extremely COLD!!! get you some azonatural pills when you start to hurt again and it acts like them little pills that turn you pee orange, the name is pridium (spelling), but it helps. Hope you get better!!
SWEET....cran-apple tastes a lot better....wal-mart has the sams club brand in a gallon jug for less than the Ocean Spray 1/2 gallon....and it is just as good....I buy enough of them
