ONE THIRD CUP SALSA
ONE FOURTH CUP CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER
HALF CUP SLICED BLACK OLIVES
THREE FOURTH CUP FROZEN OR CANNED CORN
THREE FOURTH TSP.CHILLI POWDER
ONE FOURTH TSP.CAYENNE PEPPER
2 - 9 INCH UNBAKED PIE CRUSTS
1 AN A HALF CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. HEAT OIL IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM
HEAT.SAUTE ONION AN GREEN PEPPER UNTIL TENDER. STIR IN BEANS,SALSA,
RED BELL PEPPER,OLIVES,CORN,CHILLI POWDER,CAYENNE AND BLACK
PEPPER.REDUCE TO HEAT TO LOWAND SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES.SPOON HALF OF
THEMIXTURE INTO ONE OF THE PIE CRUSTS AND COVER WITH HALF OF THE
CHEESE. REPEAT WITH REMAINING BEANS AN CHEESE. TOP WITH REMAINING
CRUST. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 1 HOUR
