3 cans shoe peg corn drained
1 8 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks
3/4 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
1-1/2 Tbsp flour
chopped peppers according to your taste
nuke the cream cheese, butter, milk, & flour, stirring occationally until thick
add corn and peppers
mix well and nuke unitl all is well blended
OR
you can bake in the oven at 350 to get a brown, bubbly, top. Either way, it's good.
