CTG, you may not want to know! I have strange neighbors, too. They're both in their 40's and they moved here from Los Angeles. Talk about hermits - they barely go anywhere, neither of them works, and they have children - the oldest is 7 now. They don't allow anyone except the electricity meter reader to come on their property - if they THINK they hear a car the man will hop in his car and chase them! No kidding, he even chased a deputy sheriff one night - I saw it! Very private people... Homeschooling their kids. Don't know where they got their money to have so many kids and neither works... Just very strange folks... |

Rebca, Maybe they are cooling drugs. or in a cult. Maybe they are hiding out from the mob or in the witness protection program. Maybe they kidnapped those kids. |

LOL ~ no, I can vouch the kids are all their's - I saw her pregnant each time... But I have wondered about if they're cooking or growing something illegal down there. They live at the end of a dead end road in the middle of nowhere - I know cause I live about a mile from them. They own lots of land around their house - lots of privacy to do things down there... Very curious.... Now I'm gonna wonder about the witness protection program... hm... |

OOO I got some. I don't get out much so it isn't that great.. Okay, get this, one of our parents in the girl scout troop sold over 650.00 in cookies and KEPT THE MONEY!! It sucks for the little girl because thanks to dear ole mom and dad, she can't go on any of the trips. The money was due over 2 months ago and we haven't saw a dime of it!! |

Rebca, if they were dealing drugs, wouldn't there be a lot of "traffic" coming and going to their house all hours of the day and night..........I've never lived near people like that tho, so I don't know. Just thinking out loud. I do like mysteries. Keep us informed; now I'm full of suspense. |

Wildflower, you have a point there. Yeah, there would be lots of traffic and believe me THERE IS NOT!!! So I guess that's out.... Sometimes I worry about those kids. They seldom (if ever) get to interact with other people. They have a couple of uncles out in CA somewhere so I guess if anything happened to their parents they'd go live with them - but they never see them so it would be like moving in with strangers... All their grandparents are already dead (I think). Just really strange... |
