I would not normally put a Wedding Anniversary wish onto the threads because we are not the sort of group who does that........and I agree, normally, because I have seen that lead to things like 'Happy Birthday to your next door neighbours friends hairdresser' sort of thing...... but..... This IS a momentous occasion, there are fewer and fewer of us these days who can claim to have been married for that length of time, or longer.... and Zenith's friendship means a hell of a lot to me........ so, charge your glasses please Ladies and Gentle men and join with me in wishing Zenith a Happy Anniversary.............if she can get some time off to spend it...  |

I am bumping this up so that Zenith will see it. She is still run off her feet looking after her Mum, and what free time she gets, she has her family to look after, poor girl hardly has time to draw breath. When she does get a moment to go into groups, it really is that - a moment, so I thought if I keep this near the top, she will see it and be able to appreciate what a lovely lot of messages she got. |

 Thanks to all of you for the well wishes for our anniversary. We went back to the mall we met at 30 years ago...we were blind dates and all. His sister was my teacher and she set us up...and here we are all these years later. I have to admit I was upset that our restaurant had converted to a food court...so we went someplce else because I couldn't do it. We also had a private showing of Beverly Hills Chihuahua...we have our Lucy so we will sit throiugh any corny movie about chihuahuas...but all in all we had a good time so that is all that matters . |

Brilliant!!!! You finally got some time to yourself Nancy, I am so pleased. Even more pleased that we got some time to chat on the phone on Friday - I have missed that voice so much.............actually, I have missed those voices so much - I am referring of course, to Alex and Lucy who I heard in the background when we were talking. |
