Do any of you worry about what will eventually happen to you when you get too old to look after yourself?

Lance says he's lucky to have me help him shower and all the other things I have to do for him but I quite often think to myself, who's going to look after me if I get too sick and old to do things for myself.

I'm already too old to look after myself, but I still have my folks to watch over me.

Just today when I went down to vote my 90 year old dad saw me there and came over to give me instructions.

Lucky me huh? lol

And did you do it right this time JB?

In the words of "Alice" from the Vicar of Dibley...........I didn't know who to vote for, so just to be sure, I put a bit X against the Conservative man to show that I absolutely didn't want him to get in.............

Well if anything happens to Lance I don't have any family to take care of me so I guess I'll have to book myself into the old folks home.........

And with your luck Lesley, the rest of us here will be yer fellow inmates in that old folks home.

Think about the implications of that.

You wouldn't be able to get away from us by shutting off yer computer. lol

Given the experience she has had, I think Zenith should open up a retirement home and let us all go there to live .  It would be interesting to see how Lesley copes with being upside down in a right side up world....

Love the signature Lesley

I agree with you, we should be able to make that choice for ourselves, I have told Nancy that come the day I am not interested in - or able to - "play" with a few hundred selected male American friends - then shoot me

But I think if I ever get too old or feeble to cope, I will move in with Nancy and her family..............
