One of our days there was called "Christmas Eve" and at dinner, we had mince pies and mulled wine with out meals. That evening entertainment, one of the lads from the hotel dressed up as Anne Robinson, and they did a "Weakest Link" game..............I had wanted to take part, but we were on the second sitting so by the time I had finished, all the contestants were chosen..............so I had to contend myself with shouting out answers hahaha.
Afterwards, Steven - the chap, said to me had I noticed that apart from him with his wig - I was the only redhaired person in the entire hotel, actually, I had not noticed until he mentioned it.
The next day, "Christmas Day" we had wee pressies outside the door when we got up.........a miniature bottle of whisky and some choccies. After breakfast we went to Pitlochry, and it snowed, so for me, I have had a white Christmas already.
A couple of days later, we had Hogmanay............. |
