Actually LJ - it does seem to work, as I said, on the dry tickly cough, I have known about this for a couple of more years or so now..............and yes, my feet do smell at this time of the year - they smell of Vic Vapour Rub LOL...............oddly enough, I have never had a runny nose, even after a vindaloo!!

Jecakias - oxo cubes are stock cubes, various flavours but the ones to drink are the beef ones, they are akin to drinking beef tea. Actually, I smuggled some of those into the States without realising it one year when I went out to see my sister, Jenny - she asked me to bring some - we make gravy with them you see, and when I got my little green ticket onboard asking what I was bringing into the country, one of the things not allowed are meat products..................so I didn't declare the oxo cubes.
You crumble them into boiling water and use them to make gravy, or, drink..........
