1) large can of crushed tomatoes (Progresso if possible)
1) 15oz can of Italian stewed tomatoes (Delmonti)
1) 8 oz can of tomatoe paste (Contadina garlic&onion)
2) pounds of Italina susage,1 sweet,1 hot)
2)Brachole's (If you can find them)
3) cloves crushed garlic,cut and minced
1) yellow onion
2) spriggs of parsley,minced
2) spriggs of oregano
In a large 8 quart pot,brown onion and garlic,enjoy the smell!
brown susage and brachole if you have,add all of the ingredients.Cook on high till just boiling,reduce heat and simmer for about 4 hours,stirring every 15 to 20 mins.
