Death all around me

it surrounds me

no escape from the pain

that confounds me

confusion, destruction

chaos, despair

why them and not me

it doesnt seem fair

these thoughts in my mind

so quickly unwind

one minute inspiring

the next conspiring

twirling and whirling

these thoughts never rest

will they tell me im evil

or say im the best

creative, destructive

counterproductive

look down from the summit

will i soar or plummet?
