that time of year again.  what do you resolve to do in the coming year?

are you wanting to improve some aspect of your life, and if so, what steps will you take to acheive that goal?

what about for others?  is there something youd like to do to help improve the lives of others?

okay, one of my resolutions for this coming year is to entirely give up smoking... it's been too much of a crutch in my life and franky, it costs too much in terms of money and long-term loss of health...

so that's a starter.  others will follow...

I have been thinking about this and Iam not sure if I want to actually make a "resolution"..I prefer making lil goals for each day and accomplishing them which I think in the long run will lead me to be the bigger goals I will like to accomplish over time..The most important "resolution" for me at this point would be to stay positive and believe in myself because this will be the foundation in reaching any other goal..

dee ann, good luck with your resolution!  not an easy thing to do; my dad finally gave it up a few years ago (he had no choice).  i wish you the best.
