you all will get tired of these im sure (guess who got a digital camera today?????) this is Tabby; shes a rescue kitty weve had since 1993: (i know she looks grouchy, but shes not! shes just wondering when a certain pesty human is going to quick snapping pictures and let her sleep in peace!) these are my gerbils, Gypsy and Rose (no, i do not know who is who in this pic, i can only tell them apart when they are out playng - Gypsy is more "intense" and active, Rose is laid back and quieter): and these are my rats Butch (black) and Simon (black & white): |

Lol, well Jen, I'll give ya some B.S. like so..............................being a digital rather than film camera, it doesn't have a frim-fram connected to an oscillater, so there's no wiggly widget to snap and break the crankshaft and throw the timing off............therefore you're ok to take pictures of yourself for your long -suffering fans...........lol!!!! |

So, there's a story behind this one eh? And, I'm curious, where do you find these little guys to save? People bring 'em back to the pet store? |

yes, someone brought him back to the store, im not sure if he was originally sold there or not though. someone went off to college and didnt want him. he is sweet, but a bit shy and still getting adjusted. my mom fell for him and thinks he looks like Teddy expressionwise, and he is similar, even though hes a different species of hamster. hes not a replacement though (never could be one for any pet, as those of you with pets can agree with). his name was Katrina since we thought he was a girl, but once we got him home, it wasnt long before we realised that mistake. so my mom renamed him Cappuccino (ex starbucks, can you tell?). he matches his name, constant motion these two have. he has his own cage away from Mika. |
