full brother to Punch; half her size though, and born with a different shaped head.  his ears are also placed different, and lay flat like this all the time.  seems ok otherwise:

so fars hes the opposite of Punch; easy to handle, loves to be out, and very cuddly. time will tell if he has any health problems. hes been beat up on by one or both of his parents; im not sure how the other pet store hamsters were.  working on a buddy (and a name) for him....

this one is rather rare, called a Roborovski hamsters, very tiny, even for a dwarf:

very fast and can be hard to handle.  hes hard to catch, but does pretty well once hes out and im holding him.  they arent known to be nippy, luckily.  hes a pretty high energy and somewhat flighty little one, but just amazing to watch.  he came in from a customer who couldnt be bothered; their loss.  ive heard they are starting to be more available at the big "box type" pet stores, but because they arent as prolific as other rodents, they arent as profitable for commercial breeders.  thats a good thing i think, although it does make information on them a bit hard to come by.
