yeah, yeah, i know, but hey, sometimes one gets photo opportunities like these:

 

this one taunted me for quite a while:

 

if shes the same one im thinking of, i had found this little girl in the window well severely dehydrated.  she recovered and was caged, then escaped and teased me for a bit before i managed to recapture her.  she was released with many other pals late last summer.

 

 

this one was tonight; in a box and was making noise trying to get out with her prize. i had to release her because of the possibility she has a litter who needs her (yes, i know, who cares, but hey, youve never found a litter of dead pups in a drawer, not fun.).  i think shes cute how she froze with this piece of dog food in her mouth, even after it took me a minute to find my camera and return:
