Some poor lady had her purse stolen outside of our store this afternoon..Couple of guys were in a car just sitting in the parking lot waiting for someone to rob..Something I would never of thought of someone doing..When I think of purse snatchers I think of someone on foot..Just when ya feel safe something has to come along and take that from you..When this lady came out one of them jumped out grabbed her purse from her and got back in the car then they took off..I was at lunch when it happened..I came back and there were police talking to the lady..Everyone was shaken up..I was helping this, excuse my language, idiot customer as I was hearing all that happened..She told me somethings..Between that and listening to the police and all that was going on around me I kept losing count of the fabric I was measuring for her..She got frustrated with me and I wanted to slap her!..First of all she was talking to me..I can't listen to her and count at the came time plus I was rattled after hearing what happened as well as with listening to that lady cry it was hard to focus on anything else..She was so upset..She is lucky she didn't get hurt..The more this idiot lady talked the more I wanted to slap her around..lol..She felt bad for the lady that got robbed and she said she had wondered why they had picked her and not someone else..There must have been a lady with a baby too and she said well how come they didn't take her purse instead..Like that would be better?..I thought that was an odd thing to say..I wanted to say how bout those ahole criminals get a real job, earn their own money, instead of stealing from honest ppl who work hard for theirs..That makes me so mad..They are so many creeps in this world!..The police were really cool and talked to the lady very calmy and patiently cause she was so emotional..One of my coworkers was really cool with her too and even hugged her..Iam glad there was good ppl around to lessen the trauma if only alittle..Iam gonna be praying for the poor lady and Iam hoping everything turns out okay for her..I hope the creeps get caught!!!!!!
Then I got his other lady later on who was trying to return something that she purchased from another one of our stores which was a super store..We didn't carry what she was tryin got return, a HUGE wall mirror, as well as we absolutely had no place to put it on the floor!..Not to mention the item was high priced!!!!..I asked the manager what she thought and she told me to attempt to convince the customer to take it back to the store she bought it at..I did..I couldn't really read the lady..I mean she was all smiles but was definitey pissed and mentioned she wanted to complain to coperate as she was told she could return it to our store..Well of course they would say that cause they don't want it back and they don't care if we don't have room for it!..It is frustrating when ppl return stuff to our store that they got at the super store..They have alot more room then we do and they have alot more merchandise..We have a bunch of odd ball stuff that the way it is that there is no place for..
Today was just full of frustrations and irritations..Time went by fairly fast so that was a plus..Tomorrow is a stupid one day sale which Iam not looking forward to..Busy busy busy but I hope that makes time go by fast too..It will be like walking in the door and all of a sudden it time to go home!..lmao!..Iam dreaming now!
